Refund and Return Policy for Damaged Items

 We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, we want to make the return and refund process as simple as possible for you. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
- This policy applies only to items that arrive damaged. Items that are simply unwanted or do not meet your expectations cannot be returned or refunded under this policy.
  
Return Process
1. Notification: Please notify us of any damaged items within 7 days of receipt. 
2. Documentation: To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item as well as the original packaging.
3. Return Authorization: Once we verify the damage, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process
- Once we receive the damaged item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs
- We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you upon approval of your return.
